Introductory Story Healing Session
This serves as an all-purpose introduction for individual sessions with Ember. Each 90 minute session is uniquely focused on helping you heal a part of your story or move to a new chapter. All sessions are intuitively co-created, and may include:
-Ritual Breathwork
-Visualization
-Reiki Healing
-Past Life Exploration
-Somatic Catharsis
-Story Alignment
-Individual Ritual
